Student willing to study in the province of Quebec, generally must first obtain a Quebec Acceptance Certificate, prior to the issuance of a Study Permit.
In order to be granted a Student visa for the province of Quebec, you must:
• Pay the official fees for the processing of the application
• Be accepted by an educational institution in the province of Quebec
• Agree to comply with all of the conditions for issuing a Quebec Certificate of Acceptance for studies
• Acquire and maintain, for the duration of your stay, health and hospitalization insurance for you and the members of your family accompanying you
• Possess required financial means to cover all related expenses to your studies, including tuition, air transportation, settlement fees, and living expenses.
